Our Expert Team
Dr. N. Lakshmi Narasimhan is a passionate Engineer, Academician, Researcher and Motivator with a Teaching & Research Career spanning about 24 years. Graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from RVS College of Engg., Madurai Kamaraj University in the year 1995, he obtained his M.S. (By Research) in the year 2000 from Anna University, Chennai specializing in Heat Transfer & Energy Storage. He obtained his Ph.D. from IIT Madras in the year 2010 specializing in Cryogenics. He has a special passion for Industry-Institute relations and has been actively engaged in industrial associations at various levels like consultancies, projects, signing MOUs, handling campus placements, trainings, faculty internships, student internships, workshops and so on at SSN college of Engg where he had last served for about 14 years. He has published about 20 International Papers in top international Journals and about 17 International Conference Papers. He is a Reviewer for several top journals and has been an invited speaker for several institutions. He was the main Editor of the Book Titled, “Recent Advances in Energy Technologies”, Published by the Prestigious Springer Nature, Singapore. He holds an Indian Patent for his Invention titled, A Thermowarmer for LPG Stoves. He is a Life Member of IEI (The Institution of Engineers, India) and the National Society of Fluid Mechanics and Fluid Power, India. To his credit he was won many awards and recognitions. His focus is on contributing towards the holistic development of our student community through his endeavours like Kalvishala. Building and Nurturing Industry-Institute Interactions in Academic Institutions have always been his passion.

The Co-founder Mr. Balaji Ramasamy a business consultant with vast experience in promoting startups. In addition to his consultant role, he has handled Industrial Accountant Training Programmes & placement assistance for freshers. He has handled training programs for soft skills and interview-facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise. Skills: Ability to handle requirements of Finance, Commerce, Management, Accounts, and Legal studies.

Mr. N. Rangarajan, is another co-founder of Kalvishala with more than three decades of industrial experience in Manufacturing, Production planning and Control (PPC) , Project Management, Product development, and Sourcing. Having raised from Trainee Engineer to General Manager of leading firms, his guidance on grooming the freshers into placements and career growth will be of immense help and support to Kalvishala and the student community at large.
